Bang Bang is an upcoming Hindi action entertainer directed by Siddharth Raj Anand. The film features Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif in lead roles.[1] The film will be shot across Europe, Far East and India, and is said to feature "spectacular stunt sequences, intense chemistry and edge-of-the-seat excitement". Bang Bang is being produced by Fox Star Studios, one of India's leading film production and distribution studios.

 Hrithik had a head injury while performing a stunt for the movie. He underwent a brain surgery on July 7, 2013 to remove the blood clot. The third schedule of the film was supposed to go on floors on July 10, 2013 but now it has been pushed to mid November,as reported by Vijay Singh, CEO of FOX Star Studios, producer of the file informed. Because of his schedule and home production release Krrish 3. "I am doubly charged and looking forward to resuming my amazing journey with the team of the film from mid-November," Hrithik said in a statement.

The Tasmanian devil (Sarcophilus harrisii) is a carnivorous marsupial of the family Dasyuridae, now found in the wild only on the Australian island state of Tasmania. The size of a small dog, it became the largest carnivorous marsupial in the world following the extinction of the thylacine in 1936. It is characterised by its stocky and muscular build, black fur, pungent odour, extremely loud and disturbing screech, keen sense of smell, and ferocity when feeding. The Tasmanian devil's large head and neck allow it to generate amongst the strongest bite per unit body mass of any extant mammal land predator,[2] and it hunts prey and scavenges carrion as well as eating household products if humans are living nearby. Although it usually is solitary, it sometimes eats with other devils and defecates in a communal location. Unlike most other dasyurids, the devil thermoregulates effectively and is active during the middle of the day without overheating. Despite its rotund appearance, the devil is capable of surprising speed and endurance, and can climb trees and swim across rivers.

It is believed that ancient marsupials migrated from what is now South America to Australia tens of millions of years ago during the time of Gondwana,[3][4][5] and that they evolved as Australia became more arid. Fossils of species similar to modern devils have been found, but it is not known whether they were ancestors of the contemporary species, or whether the current devils co-existed with these species. The date that the Tasmanian devil became locally extinct from the Australian mainland is unclear; most evidence suggests they had contracted to three relict populations around 3000 years ago. A tooth found in Augusta, Western Australia has been dated to 430 years ago, but archaeologist Oliver Brown disputes this and considers the devil's mainland extinction to have occurred around 3000 years ago.[6] This disappearance is usually blamed on dingoes, which are absent from Tasmania. Because they were seen as a threat to livestock and animals that humans hunted for fur in Tasmania, devils were hunted and became endangered. In 1941, the devils, which were originally seen as implacably vicious, became officially protected. Since then, scientists have contended that earlier concerns that the devils were the most significant threat to livestock were overestimated and misplaced.





Devils are not monogamous, and their reproductive process is very robust and competitive. Males fight one another for the females, and then guard their partners to prevent female infidelity. Females can ovulate three times in as many weeks during the mating season, and 80% of two-year-old females are seen to be pregnant during the annual mating season. Females average four breeding seasons in their life and give birth to 20–30 live young after three weeks' gestation. The newborn are pink, lack fur, have indistinct facial features and weigh around 0.20 g (0.0071 oz) at birth. As there are only four nipples in the pouch, competition is fierce and few newborns survive. The young grow rapidly and are ejected from the pouch after around 100 days, weighing roughly 200 g (7.1 oz). The young become independent after around nine months, so the female spends most of her year in activities related to childbirth and rearing.

Since the late 1990s, devil facial tumour disease has drastically reduced the devil population and now threatens the survival of the species, which in 2008 was declared to be endangered. Programs are currently being undertaken by the Government of Tasmania to reduce the impact of the disease, including an initiative to build up a group of healthy devils in captivity, isolated from the disease. While the thylacine was extant it preyed on the devil, which targeted young and unattended thylacine cubs in their dens. Localised populations of devils have also been severely reduced by collisions with motor vehicles, particularly when they are eating roadkill.

         Plot

 The story is based on the life of India's top news reporter Vikas Sagar (Zayed Khan). He would do anything for his news report, even risk his life. Ambitious, popular and professional, Vikas is considered one of the most promising journalists in the business. Due to this reason, Uwais Hussain (Suniel Shetty), a senior producer at the controversial news channel "Al Johara" offers him an job as the head of the channel's India bureau. Vikas is going through a divorce with his wife Anjali (Shriya Saran), and to get his mind of things, Vikas accepts the offer and flies to Istanbul to start work for "Al Johara".

On the flight, Vikas finds himself seated next to a stunningly beautiful co-passenger Lisa Lobo (Shweta Bhardwaj), who is headed to Istanbul to attend a medical convention or so she claims. The two begin a conversation and get on well, until the flight lands, and Lisa disappears at the airport.

Once in Istanbul, Vikas's meets with the head of Al Johara, Ghazni (Nikitan Dheer), who has business interests all over the world but whose obsession these days is Al Johara as an instrument to shape world events. There is only one word of caution to Vikas and that's never ever to venture onto the 13th floor known as the Catacomb. He once again meets Uwais, who tells him that he is looking forward to quitting his job and settling down with his Irish girlfriend. Ghazni sends Vikas and Uwais on an assignment to cover kidnapped journalists in one of terrorist Abu Nazir's terrorist-camps in Afghanistan.

The two meet Abu Nazir's brother, Khalil (Shabbir Ahluwalia) who tries to scare Vikas by killing one of the kidnapped journalists. Vikas, shocked, takes action and fights Khalil's thugs. Khalil then shoots Uwais multiple times leading to his death. Vikas jumps on an helicopter and rides away, seeing Uwais get killed. Reeling at this close encounter with terrorism and watching a brutal killing, Vikas arrives back to Istanbul in a daze. Ghazni finds out about Uwais' death and holds an funeral. At the funeral, Vikas is approached by a former Turkish commando, Rizwan Khan (Vivek Oberoi), who hints that no senior employee has ever quit Al Johara and rattles off a list of Al Johara employees who had been killed in terrorist attacks within days of there being of rumours of their plans to quit or their resumes circulating in the job market.

Vikas remembers Uwais telling him that he wants to quit his job. This makes Vikas get an strong hint against Al Johara being connected to terrorism. Before asking any more questions, Rizwan Khan disappears. Vikas discreetly runs a check on the names rattled off by Rizwan and discovers he was indeed telling the truth. Five Al Johara reports before Uwais had either died in a car bomb explosion, abducted and killed or simply found dead. He slowly notices that not everything is as simple as they look in the offices of AL JOHARA, especially when he seems to bump into strangers whose faces he soon recognizes as suicide bombers in a couple of terrorist attacks.

Vikas, confused, accidentally goes to the forbidden 13th floor of the building, and is tortured by Al Johara's staff. Lisa arrives and saves him by taking him away. Lisa sends him to an van for rescue, and it turns out that Ghazni was actually inside the van waiting for him. Lisa is actually an informer for Al Johara terrorists. After surviving from Ghazni, Vikas finds Rizwan Khan and asks for help. Rizwan shows Vikas that Abu Nazir is actually dead but being kept alive by AL JOHARA through videotapes by using digital images of the terrorist and doctoring old footage.

Kolkata, July 16, (Washington Bangla Radio): Debarati Gupta’s debut film ‘Hoi choi’ opened up at Priya Cinema Hall amidst a lot of fanfare as the film has a lineup of some of the most sought after Tollywood actors like Rahul, Priyanka, Vikram, Paoli Dam and Rudraneel.

Two actors Bikram and Rudraneel who have played important roles in the movie are participating in the high profile reality show; The Bengali version of Big Boss due to which  they could not attend the premiere as according to the rules of the reality show they cannot get out of the ‘Big Boss house’ until they do not get eliminated or until the game gets over.

But Rahul and Priyanka graced the occasion along with director Debarati Gupta to ensure that the media persons, shutterbugs and the audiences do not miss out on the glamorous aspect of the premiere. Priyanka shared a few experiences of the shooting. She told that though she did not have any previous experiences of doing theatre or play, she was helped a lot by her hubby Rahul, who is also her co-star in the film. “Rahul has guided me a lot throughout the film. He has a long background in theatres and shared his inputs form time to time which helped a lot to execute my role”. When asked about her feelings of having back to back releases as the very last week saw the release of Political Murder, she said that it feels good to have back to back releases and she also feels that the two movies are of two different genres which will not lead to any audience division.  A few other stars from the industry including Rimjhim Mitra and upcoming actor Sagar were also present at the venue to brighten up the premiere. Rimjhim appeared in a deep blue western dress while Sagar looked handsome in a white casual shirt.

This is precisely the fault of the studio where the format was converted. But still as the captain of the ship I take the responsibility of the fault. Mishawr Rohoshyo is an upcoming 2013 Bengali adventure thriller film directed by Srijit Mukherji, based on the fictional character by Sunil Gangopadhyay.[1] The film is slated for theatrical release on 11th October, 2013 and stars Prosenjit Chatterjee and Devdaan Bhowmik.[2] The plot revolves around a Hieroglyphic trail that leads the protagonist to Egypt and underneath a pyramid.

Plot

Kakababu (Prosenjit Chatterjee) is contracted by Egyptian businessman Al Mamun (Rajit Kapur) to decipher the meanings of hieroglyphic symbols that his teacher, Mufti Muhammad (Barun Chanda), had drawn on a piece of paper supposedly during his sleep. Muhammad is terminally ill and is about to grant his last wish while he is being treated in Delhi. Mamun thinks that the symbols are the key to locating Mufti Muhammad's will which will describe where to find treasures Mufti Muhammad had acquired during his tenure as a guide for foreign tourists. However, Kakababu is convinced that the symbols have a different meaning and they are very unusual in their nature. Mufti Muhammad symbolically requests Kakababu to verify something, a very unusual last wish. Meanwhile, a war of rivalry ensues between Mamun and Hani Alkadi (Indraneil Sengupta), another of Mufti Muhammad's disciples who accuses Mamun of stealing a secret that isn't rightfully his. To uncover the truth, Kakababu and Shontu (Devdaan Bhowmik) head to Egypt where they are drawn into the very vortex of the mystery. Kakababu gets kidnapped by Alkadi's men which sets off a chain of events, culminating in a spine-chilling climax underneath a pyramid.

The treatment of the humor in War Chhod Na Yaar has many layers; mostly situational, sometimes spoofy, sometimes slapstick, sometimes tongue-in-cheek, and sometimes even over-the-top.

The movie is produced by AOPL Entertainment Pvt Ltd, which has successfully completed 4 movies in Malayalam and is now entering Bollywood with War Chhod Na Yaar. Boss is an upcoming Bollywood action comedy film directed by Anthony D'Souza, who had earlier directed Blue (2009). The film will be produced by Cape of Good Films & Ashwin Varde Productions, and features Akshay Kumar, Mithun Chakraborty, Shiv Pandit, Aditi Rao Hydari and Ronit Roy in lead roles. Its a remake of Malayalam movie 'Pokkiri Raja' starring Mammotty, Prithviraj and Shriya Saran. The teaser of Boss was released on 14 August 2013, along with the Akshay Kumar starrer Once Upon Ay Time in Mumbai Dobaara!. The theatrical trailer released on 27 August 2013, whilst the film is expected to release on 16 October 2013.

Casting

Akshay Kumar will play a kind hearted Haryanavi gangster, apparently known as Boss and Mithun Chakraborty will enact the role of his father. Shiv Pandit will portray Akshay Kumar's younger brother's role in the film and Aditi Rao Hydari is paired opposite him. Danny Denzongpa will play Boss's mentor and Ronit Roy will play a ruthless police officer who is pitted against Boss. The film's trailer which was released on 27 August got tremendous response from audience and critics alike. It crossed 3 million views in just 10 days.[5] Ronit Roy, who plays the role of a police officer up against the titular character, Boss marking the first instance where he is the antagonist of a film. It is also the second consecutive instance where his role is that of a cop with Shootout at Wadala being the last one where he portrayed the role of Inspector Raja Ambat, based on real life encounter specialist, Raja Tambat.[6][7][8][9] Ronit along with Akshay Kumar have an action sequence at the climax of the film, one of the highlights of the film which were shot in temperatures exceeding 47 degree Celsius in Thailand involving high octane stunts that were carried out in the end successfully by both the actors.
