Story:Prague is an upcoming 2013 Hindi romance film directed by Ashish R Shukla and produced by Rohit Khaitan. The film is to be release on Jul 26, 2013. The film features Chandan Roy Sanyal, Elena Kazan, Arfi Lamba and Kumar Mayank as main characters.
A city with a history of heritage, myth and superstition. A passionate architect with strong but delusional ideas about love and life. A Czech gypsy girl searching for her identity and true love. Prague deals with the inner conflicts of Chandan, a passionate architect who comes to Prague for a project along with his friend Gulshan who he idolizes and wants to emulate but is also strangely scared of. In Prague Chandan meets a gypsy girl, Elena. This girl becomes the love of his life, his inspiration and also the pain of his soul because of his past from India refuses to leave him alone. Prague is a psychological thriller that takes you on a roller coaster ride through the complex workings of the mind and answers questions never answered before. The beautiful and scenic locations add to the chilling storytelling and gives the film a mystical and surreal feel and makes the audience try to delve into the complexities of the human brain.
Striptease scene in Prague :
Censor Board has taken a strict action against the upcoming Chandan Roy Sanyal starrer Prague where he plays an architect. The CBFC has asked the makers to alter some explicit scenes which apparently include nude cabaret dancers, oral sex and abusive language. Hence, the release date of the film has been postponed to a later date in August.
The makers have also been asked to change the lyrics of a song 'Botal Khol' along with a striptease club scene. However, Chandan believes that the stripping scene which was shot in a real strip club in Prague was meant to be realistic and hence was shot in an original location where women actually stripped off their clothes and posed naked for the camera.
Prague is produced by Rohit Khaitan and directed by Ashish Shukla. The other cast of the film include Elena Kazan, Arfi Lamba, Mayank Kumar and Sonia Bindra.
